"Trans ideology" has all the same vibe (and venom) as "Gay Agenda" did and speaking as one of the gay kids at school at the precise time your paper backed the homophobic Keep the Clause campaign you have absolutely no leg to stand on suggesting you are somehow on our side now.

Daily Record is using the same language and arguments as they did then, just for another group, ie treating them as a danger, brainwashing kids etc. I remember how homophobic Scotland was in the 90s and the Records KTC campaign felt like the last gasp of that. Sadly it’s reemerged as transphobia.

@neiltosh.bsky.social coverage by the @dailyrecord.co.uk of the Sandy Peggie case is identical to how your paper treated gay people. We will remember. One day, sooner than you think, people will look at your work and think "how could people be so cruel back then?" You should live to see it.

Really?

That's not what the tribunal found. Their ruling was that trans women are not prohibited from using women's changing rooms.

Also, the actual S Court judgement was far more nuanced than you are suggesting: including a stipulation that trans rights must also be protected.

Wow, Happy Thanksgiving! Take that little bit of information with you to your family dinner with your MAGAt in-laws ! 🍁
Is it true? I guess we’ll find out before Christmas and you can rub that in too. 🎄
