Supreme Court redistricting ruling could upend decades of voting rights law – and tilt the balance of power in Washington
A case being argued at the US Supreme Court could undo one of the last remaining protections for minority voters in a Civil Rights-era voting law.

You have a point @leebee4life.bsky.social that the impeachment resolution has zero chance of getting out of a the House Committee on the Judiciary with 25 Republicans and 19 Democrats. But just filing the articles and getting them in front of the public via committee hearings is a big step forward.

I don’t think people have fully grasped the damage that Trump has done.
In a nutshell: our longest & closest allies see us as an existential threat to their sovereignty & way of life.
Ask yourself: if our closest allies see as an existential threat, how does China see us?

Why is he talking like this? Bc America has gone totally apeshit crazy

THIS. We have no future if our only goal is to make everything reset to January 2013. It's not possible or desirable.
We need a complete rebuild and reinforcement of our constitutional system, and we need to inflict the severest possible consequences on anyone doing this administration's bidding.

I would be willing to consider a "tack to the center so we can put them in the ground" pitch. but everyone who wants to tack to the center wants to do it so they can go back to Normal Politics. Biden tried that and it did not work.
I won't speak for others but I want candidates who won't just win the next election but aggressively, unapologetically destroy trumpism and rebuild everything he's broken. If you're too afraid of a 51-49 poll to even talk about an issue I have no faith that will be you
