The government's plans to increase the minimum wage by at least 6.7% (and by as much as 18% for some age groups) past the final hurdle in the Commons yesterday.

It was unopposed - I guess no one in the Tories or Reform could face going on record to oppose increasing the wages of millions.

Interesting to see that inflation has fallen to 2.8% in February, down from 3% in January.

This is perhaps unexpected.

The Bank of England, last month, said they expected inflation to rise to as high as 3.7% across this year, before falling back down to 2%.

So this is good news for the country.

I suggest the UK will take over Florida. We could give it to the Palestinians.

No, better still let's relocate the Israel there.

The people of Florida can be fitted into some other American state. That would do.

Yesterday, I asked when we can expect tangible changes to our trading relationship with the EU, and for recognition of the impact of Brexit upon our economy’s ability to grow. (5/5)

Second, instead of being an asshole and trash-talking the journalist, he should be thanking him for not posting anything top-secret that’s still to come.

Austerity is political anthrax.

Fortunately for Starmer, there's an alternative.
