The pain, at the moment, is being caused by the ceaseless media speculation. Stress is caused by an individual being in a situation over which they have no control. Until we have the facts, media hype serves to cause extreme stress for people with disabilities.

Voter ID could be an issue for 16 year olds. No driving licence, passports expensive. Will they include Citizen Cards possibly as acceptable form of ID?
