And here it is! Exactly the sort of rushed, half-assed smear-job that we expected.

These eugenics-obsessed freaks didn't even have the conviction to put their names on it, so HHS published this 400-page stack of lies anonymously.

Fuckers.

If you've been following along, you know why independent voices matter right now. The administration has been attacking institutions left and right. News orgs, law firms, philanthropic funders, universities, you name it. Many are capitulating. But not us. Someone needs to step up and keep doing this work without flinching and without compromising. That's where you come in.

The reason we are where we are is because for 20 years, the Democrats accepted as true the lies told by the Republicans about immigrants, thus validating falsehoods and undermining the truth, making reasoned debate and compromise impossible.

What Jeffries did here should be taboo.
Jeffries: "The border is secure. That's a good thing. It happened on his watch. He wants to claim credit for it, of course he'll get credit for that. In terms of making sure that we actually deal with the issues that matter, including on immigration, there's a lot that's left to be desired."

Really bites to go through all the trouble of a full-depth GRS and vigorously adhere to the dilation regimen and still end up with barely enough depth to take the tip.

The universe does not want me to get laid in any enjoyable manner and I want to scream.

I'm actually rather hoping that GPD refreshes the Win 4 again for 2026 using Panther Lake chips for the stronger GPU than the current Strix Point.

I think the Win 5 has lost the plot; if I wanted a big handheld I would buy a Legion or Ayaneo. The Win 4 was smaller than anything comparable.
Now you can buy a GPD Win 5 handheld gaming PC with a Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor and up to 128GB of RAM and 4TB of storage... if you're willing to spend $2700 on a handheld for features that matter most if you plan to use it as an AI workstation. www.indiegogo.com/en/projects/...

Well isn't this fucking timely.

Shrier's book is a manifesto for the parents' rights movement and the preeminent example of how the abuse of trans children forms the bedrock of modern anti-trans politics, presenting transition as a "bad outcome" to avoid at any cost.

'Irreversible Damage' is a fearmongering screed combined with a how-to child abuse guide aimed at the parents of young trans children. Emma and Talia are joined by Lucy Kartikasari to examine how this misbegotten suburban tantrum dehumanizes trans and detrans people alike.

As I keep saying, this is readily apparent in the doctrinal formulation of MQD itself. Very, very plainly, it's "non-delegation doctrine but only if we feel like it," and the only reason to do that is so you can apply NDD to Democrats but not Republicans (which is what, in fact, happens)
Lesson 6: If you have a theory of the Supreme Court that does not include political ideology, its going to be wrong. During the Biden administration it was all major questions because they did not like his policies, and during Trump it is mostly unitary executive, because they do.
