And here it is! Exactly the sort of rushed, half-assed smear-job that we expected.

These eugenics-obsessed freaks didn't even have the conviction to put their names on it, so HHS published this 400-page stack of lies anonymously.

Fuckers.

What's glossed over a bit here is it took this guy who proved it like 25 years and a huge community push and tons of advocacy to make this happen. Same with guy who figured out you should wash hands before surgery. We think "why should all this obvious shit be so hard?" But it's ALWAYS been hard

I want to say something more about this.

Way back in 2007, the clerks were in fact counseled on confidentiality and ethical canons. Roberts gave us a little speech and was like "you are bound to not speak about this by all legal ethical canons."

So good luck and God speed, current clerks. Remember you don't have to put up with shit.

For context, "more than 3 million pages" is really not a lot in terms of large litigations, and there is no excuse for the freaking Department of Justice, in their highest profile matter, to miss any redaction, particularly not given the volume of over-redactions they made.

The toxic rot at the heart of this slowly collapsing Empire is weaponized transphobia.

The only way to fight it, like the prerequisite for fighting it, is absolutely unimpeachable full throated stentorian acceptance, support, and allegiance to trans people. Anything less is capitulation.
As all this disgusting Epstein shit starts surfacing more and more, I hope we don't lose sight of the fact that apparently every major media outlet knew everything and instead spent their time money and energy attacking the trans community.

I'll say what I've been saying forever but it's especially true now: now is the time for Democrats to hammer the message that these things are being done by REPUBLICANS, not "Trump." People are ripe for you to create the dissonance of their identification as a Republican!
Remarkable: 55% of noncollege whites and even 50% of rural whites say ICE is too aggressive, per new Fox News poll.

And 71% of independents disapprove of Trump on immigration.

This is digging deep into Trump's base.

We detail these numbers on today's pod:
