I think this is the cheapest the game has been. For once, I say skip the Deluxe and DLC stuff. It's all just booster stuff that breaks the game's balance.

A random youtube video just reminded me of a pair of genuinely great freeware gems - Vacant Ark and Iwanaga, a pair of very Treasure-inspired experimental freeware shmups from a developer known only as Buster who just kinda disappeared from the scene.

The most important thing here is that Mina the Hollower has a digging feature a lot like Mole Mania, and if THAT doesn't sell a game there's no hope for anything good in this world.
I think it's worth pointing out that very few video-game companies are as transparent as Shovel Knight maker Yacht Club Games, and I appreciate that the studio was so candid about their story and why their next game, Mina the Hollower, has taken so long
