Then big pharma makes even more money on the other end with meds to treat the problems caused by eating meat. Most people don’t understand the scope of the animal ag problem. The list goes on

Imagine intentionally destroying employment through funding cuts & shitty tariffs only to tell the millions of us living paycheck to paycheck that we also shouldn't have SNAP or even unemployment benefits to help us survive this very obvious war on the poorest & most vulnerable among us.
Lori Chavez-DeRemer: "When we're talking about the SNAP program, one of the other programs we're definitely concerned about is Unemployment Insurance. That will be the next thing that we have to be concerned about."

Seven million marched for democracy on October 18, but polls suggest more than 120 million Americans agree with them. The Silent Majority for Democracy examines what that means, why it matters, and how the republic’s survival now depends on whether belief becomes action.
This Is What Democracy Looks Like
Seven million Americans in the streets. A hundred million more behind them. The movement to reclaim the republic is already here.

We need deep systemic change as suggested by Limits to Growth....
One thing is clear: renewables don’t fit within the political economy of neoliberal capitalism.

We have to choose between the profits of oil producers, and the health and prosperity of entire societies. But our politicians
care more about the former than the latter.

" A double helix of destruction: Speciesism and Capitalism"
John’s book is essential reading. Especially for omnivores. I have read many books in regards to the utter depravity of animal agriculture and not one of them touches ‘The Omnivore’s Deception’.
After 12+ years of labor, "The Omnivore's Deception" is out today. I chronicle the rise of the meat industry, show its catastrophic ecological effects, demolish the myth of the "enlightened" omnivore, show why animals are worthy of our respect, and advocate the abolition of the animal food economy.
