We can’t wait for that. Schumer needs to step down now. We are out of time. Everyone call your senators AND your house reps and let them know how you feel about this vote and that Schumer needs to step down immediately. We need to apply the pressure loudly and relentlessly.

Yes. There is something to that. The message they took was centrism wins. Wrong lesson. Strength wins. They just lost the midterms. Why start a fight if you won’t finish it? Some like Angus King have voted against any shutdowns ever. Some like Kaine are straws in the wind.
