At one point I thought that the Officers of the Armed Forces would stand by their oath of office but requiring soldiers to see this movie is against everything that I believed! I took the same oath but would have refused seeing that movie! Is this a partisan army now? Really!

on the balance i think partisan gerrymandering is bad but the only way it ends is if democrats weaponize it against republicans everywhere they can. wiping out republican lawmakers in blue states might bring the GOP to the table to end the practice.

like… okay. there is a nuanced discussion about chompsky’s ties to epstein. personally, i am not persuaded by the argument that he only defended multiple sex criminals because of “a fierce loyalty” or an ideological blind spot - i think chompsky is and has been a misogynist. but it’s an ARGUMENT.
Apparently the most repellent thing about the entire Epstein saga is not the child rape.
