In the UK I can’t even read DMs unless I give them my passport and a video of my face.

This happened almost overnight! Don’t take this for granted, America!

The Kids Online Safety Act would give the government the power to decide what content is dangerous, enabling censorship of content it doesn’t like. This violates the First Amendment.

Send a message to Congress now and encourage them not to co-sponsor and to vote NO on the Kids Online Safety Act.

@warren.senate.gov just co-sponsored KOSA again 🤦🏽‍♀️

You CANNOT claim to be an ally to the LGTBQ community and support this awful bill. Your office blatantly ignored our Boston coalitions pleas, so let’s see how you feel about those phones being melted. CALL HER!
This Trans Day of Remembrance we’re holding the memory of countless trans lives lost to bigotry and hatred, and fighting like hell to preserve trans lives still with us today!

Trans people deserve to be seen + celebrated, not erased. Trans people deserve real allyship, not censorship.

So Mississippians can still access X anonymously, but htey have to submit paperwork to read Bluesky. Guess which site doesn't think they'll get prosecuted in Mississippi.

Asymmetrical enforcement threats are censorship.

Today, members of the House will vote on a dangerous bill that will expand government censorship under the guise of protecting youth online.

Tell your representative to protect the First Amendment and vote NO.
Censorship Does Not Keep Kids Safe
KOSA is an alarming bill that would enable censorship and violate young people’s First Amendment right to freely access information. We must call on Congress to act now and protect free speech online.

This is a horrific betrayal of her constituents, particularly trans youth and their families.
