When are we going to legislate to make delivery firms responsible for the safety of the vehicles that deliver in their name? A system of hefty fines is needed - which could fund councils and the police to enforce in hotspots. It's a massive issue in public spaces.

It's performative. If Steve Reed were really "furious" about water bills, he wouldn't have ruled out renationalisation, or forbidden the Independent Water Commission to recommend it. He enables the filthiest, most parasitic capital to defeat the public interest.
