A site built on a reference to Norm on a space station? You mean Mornhub?
A site built on a cult-like devotion to George Wendt? You mean Normhub?
a site that lets you worship the ancient god of steel? you mean cromhub?

Finally got the bake down I think. Will try again next weekend to be sure. Who says company shutdowns for maintenance aren't useful?

Tried the ATK lemon layer cake with some caramel buttercream frosting. Seems to work, tasted good. Forgot to get a picture of the unfrosted cakes. It was edible, so I'm happy.

Tarte Tropezienne. I think it's supposed to be like a giant brioche oreo. I need to work on the brioche, but it tasted ok.

Not the greatest deep dish pizza, but it didn't taste bad. Will probably make again with a bit longer baking time.

Profiteroles went ok. I'll see how they taste in the morning after a night in the fridge.

Better this week. The lemon ones need more lemon flavor, and i really need to be more patient with the initial drying but otherwise edible.

Better, but i need longer baking time when I add espresso powder apparently.

If you ask someone today to name the builder of Hadrian's Wall, they would give you a funny look. But historical memory is odd, and right up to the 1800s we forgot who built it.

Until in 1840 John Hodgson, an obscure Northumbrian clergyman, published the LONGEST footnote in history... 1/22
