Finally got the bake down I think. Will try again next weekend to be sure. Who says company shutdowns for maintenance aren't useful?

Tried the ATK lemon layer cake with some caramel buttercream frosting. Seems to work, tasted good. Forgot to get a picture of the unfrosted cakes. It was edible, so I'm happy.

Tarte Tropezienne. I think it's supposed to be like a giant brioche oreo. I need to work on the brioche, but it tasted ok.

Not the greatest deep dish pizza, but it didn't taste bad. Will probably make again with a bit longer baking time.

Better this week. The lemon ones need more lemon flavor, and i really need to be more patient with the initial drying but otherwise edible.
