If people really find this to be such an easy conclusion, then Congressional authority should be easy to get.

So why don’t they insist on a vote?

They know this isn’t “progressive” resistance. They want to marginalize it as such because on top of this war being ILLEGAL, it’s also deeply unpopular.
CNN’s Van Jones urges “progressives” to “get on board” with bombing Iran:

“I think progressives underestimate how dangerous Iran is. Iran is not a normal country,” he said on air.

Jones did not share whether he considers Israel—an apartheid state currently committing genocide—a “normal country.”

Ages 0-4 are the most important, emotionally & intellectually, in human development.

Yet, in the US, we have a very high rate of childhood poverty and a broken child care system.

Congratulations to New Mexico for leading the way forward for high quality, free child care. Other states must follow.

Everyone needs to delete their Meta related apps now. This shit is sci fi movie dystopian.
Mark Zuckerberg says Meta's chatbots will supplement your real friends: "The average American has fewer than 3 friends ... but has demand for ... 15 friends" (h/t x.com/romanhelmetg...)

Nothing to see here. Just a president placing pressure on a private business to provide more favorable political optics
ROBERTS: I understand there might've been a phone call from the president to Jeff Bezos on this this morning

STEPHEN MILLER: I have no news to add on it. All I can say is things worked out exactly as they should.

Trump says that any American who shows “dissension” against MAGA should be “immediately ejected” from their member of Congress’ town halls.

This is fascism.

The judiciary remains one of the last bastions in our political system to resist Trump’s unlawful overreach

So it seems clear-by arresting Judge Dugan and broadcasting it on social media

That his toadies are trying to intimidate jurists

“Support yacht”. Jesus fucking Christ TAX THE RICH
Zuckerberg's superyacht "Launchpad", worth $300 million, is 387 feet long. That's a football field-plus. It has its own support yacht that accompanies it everywhere, the $30 million "Wingman".

The people telling the world they want to "have Greenland" and make Canada the "51st state" are suddenly really into respecting national sovereignty when it comes to the nation they want to serve as their fascist blacksite penal colony
Either the U.S. government *is* able to exert monetary and diplomatic pressure on El Salvador sufficient to produce Abrego Garcia’s release, or it isn’t.

The latter would be either a bald-faced lie or a pretty stunning concession of our national impotence. The Vice President should pick one.
