Even before Trump became president, Epstein would talk about, "If Donald became president and he had the pardon power..." Trump is often gone on and talked about this in a kind of wide-eyed incredulity. "I can pardon anyone. No one can do anything about it. If I pardon them. I have absolute power."

Michael Wolff said that Epstein warned Trump would use the pardon power in a "childlike" way, and some of Trump's recent pardons seem to indicate, and that he loved to show off his power.

Not about Biden policies. It's about this being a conscious decision to ignore science and make the global climate crisis worse. It is as insane as their policy to oppose or make it harder to get vaccines.
Breaking News: President Trump threw the weight of the federal government behind vehicles that burn gasoline rather than electric cars, gutting one of the country’s most significant efforts to address climate change.

The president said he would weaken Biden-era mileage standards, which were designed to increase electric-vehicle sales, calling them a “scam.”

An entire room full of powerful old white people smiling and laughing as the president dehumanizes black immigrants and the first black president.

Just fucking pathetic.
Trump, continued: "What the Somalian people have done to Minnesota is not even believable. It’s not even believable. And a lot of it starts with the governor. A lot of it starts with Barack HUSSEIN Obama, because that’s when people started coming in... They want to kiss our country good night."

That Hegseth had declassification authority is largely irrelevant in Signalgate for two reasons:

First, it doesn't change the fact that he put US service members in danger.

Second, he never claimed that he exercised that authority, nor followed any processes for doing so.

All 214 House Democrats have signed a discharge petition to extend the ACA tax credits.

We only need 4 House Republicans to join us to stop the shutdown of health care for 24 million Americans.

Just 4.

Imagine throwing your career away and going to prison for Pete M'fing Hegseth.
Hegseth is scum for throwing Bradley under the bust. But if he was willing to interpret any ambiguity in Hegseth's instructions in the direction of maximum war criminality, then he deserves to be maximally "scrutinized" and maximally punished. www.nytimes.com/2025/12/02/u...
