IT WAS NEVER JUST ABOUT TRANS PEOPLE

Idaho has introduced a resolution to ask SCOTUS to REPEAL Obergefell and allow for states to make gay marriage ILLEGAL again.

We will NEVER go back.

I told my 7 yr old son that Joe had dropped out and he said “Your sad interest in your silly politics amuse me mortal. Soon climate change will make this world suitable once more for my masters The Old Ones. Comes the King in Yellow and dead Cthulhu awakes to meet him in battle.”

The epic conclusion of the Red Rising series.

Plenty of twists & turns, betrayals & ambushes as Darrow & Mustang fight to shatter the Golds' control once & for all. Cool tech, exciting space combat & friends to enemies to allies to...?

Overall, very satisfying

this is your reminder that pride discourse is dumb bc "pride events" do not exist

they were circumvented a very very very long time ago and now exist for the sole and only purpose of allowing banks and retail outlets to advertise directly to traditionally anti-capitalist communities

Alright! Got in the (oh my god, cold cold cold) water with the cuttlefish today! Pics are still severely potato quality but I don’t have an underwater DSLR housing (note to self…get one of those).

Once again, it is cheaper to decarbonize our world now than to pay for the costs of climate damage in the future. “Climate damages by 2050 will be 6 times the cost of limiting warming to 2°.” [arstechnica.com]

Every night, some crustaceans migrate upwards, up to 1000m from the twilight zone, to feed. They poop on the way down, transferring nutrients to deeper waters.

Other species or larval stages maintain depth in the water column by riding gelatinous zooplankton!
