Let's talk STF in plain language - the fiscal cliff has been staved off until 2026-28. Public transit funding comes out of this bucket. @ct-ptc.bsky.social hosted an amazing presentation on transit possibilities in Southeastern CT on 11/20. There is untapped revenue if we increase service there.
The budget analysis means it's unlikely more money will be available for education, social services and other core programs.
