How about we use the massive amounts of soon to be vacant lab & office space in and around the city instead of a completely new building that probably won't be used to it's full capacity.
Biogen has announced plans for its new global headquarters at Kendall Common, located at 75 Broadway in Cambridge, as part of a multi-year real estate consolidation plan in Massachusetts.

The Department of Justice was created in 1870 with an explicit mission to protect civil rights and enforce the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments.
