I've been using tote bags from the Bayeux Carrefour for a few years. Still going strong. Used a couple of times a week and as good as new. Not sure what they are made of but the design is ingenious. Lightweight, large and two sets of handles. Short ones for hands and long ones for shoulders.

I just learned the name of the crater left when by the asteroid that struck earth 66 million years ago and wiped out most life of the planet, including the dinosaurs: Chicxulub.
You should google that word.

I’m doing 100 push-ups a day throughout April to help raise money for Cancer Research UK.
I've managed 934 since the first of April. 145 today. Will try and get another 66 in today to end the first week on a 1000.

Bluesky is officially “open” now (no more invites). So just a reminder to not engage with trolls and bad actors, there is no algorithm here to promote or spread them, replying to them is what puts them on everybody’s timelines. So block and give no oxygen.

A few years ago I made a brief visit to Brașov in Transylvania for a Romanian friend's wedding. As a long time Dracula fan I would have loved to have spent longer there. On my list for a return visit.
