Where do people get public info about existing buildings histories/info like build year, floor plan, alterations, price history, other than zillow?

Gay People moving in, or already being there, as a sign that 'Gentrification' has occurred or will occur is kind of just as shallow of a read as most other complaints involving Gentrification discourse.

When people do this, tell them to their face that they do not care about disabled people. They are concern trolling to feed their own selfish desire to drive a hummer on the sidewalk. They deserve no respect.
So this is the exact kind of comment I think about when I say people wield ableism as a cudgel to fight against infrastructure. There absolutely are disabled people who rely on cars, just as their are disabled *nondrivers* who need better transportation options that are not cars.
This comment was posted on a letter to the editor about bike lanes.

"no one with a disability, injury, age related changes, or small children is going to not use a car. Those groups all need clear streets and access to good parking close to their destination. "

Don't be this person! /1

Every town in America should be closing/calming streets on Halloween.
“The unvarnished truth is that the real and greatest threat to our kids on Halloween is the automobile. Kids are 3X more likely to be hit by a car on #Halloween than on any other night of the year. By focusing on imagined dangers, communities are failing to take action to actually protect children.”
Opinion: Who hijacked Halloween?
Urban legends abound during Halloween. Some are harmless, but others cause extreme reactions to wholly imaginary dangers.

Posh Kraft's new commercials conveniently overlook: much of his support is based on "pay-to-play", his platform will make our city streets less safe for kids & seniors & everyone in between; his business supporters killed property tax relief for average Boston homeowners. #mapoli #bospoli

It is generally suburban “moderate” Dems like @tomsuozzi.bsky.social who are the worst offenders with their anti-housing militancy politicsny.com/2022/02/14/t...

Went so insane arguing in my head in the shower with townies in favor of building setbacks that by sheer force of imagined frustration I'm starting a hearts and minds campaign to win over the dullards of suburban massachusetts
