Gay People moving in, or already being there, as a sign that 'Gentrification' has occurred or will occur is kind of just as shallow of a read as most other complaints involving Gentrification discourse.

I have never noticed this line in my time map-looking before. Pop. density maps from google don't seem to show anything similar. To my eyes it roughly follows Amtrak/ route 60. Curious if that's really a noticeable pattern of low(er) car ownership than surroundings or if its just an anomaly of data.

Boston area stock phrase idea:
LEGALIZE TRIPLE DECKERS
appeals to nostalgia of our most nimby pop. (boomers), even if otherwise afraid of density, tend to have a soft spot for the form even if they were born in the suburbs (their parents/older family likely lived in a triple decker at one point)
