Untapped (running) potential - Mum of Three World
I always knew I was quite a good runner. What I didn't know is how untapped potential I had lurking below the surface ready to come out...

If Councils could levy Rates (as most countries do) they'd have a pool of funds for more social housing.

With everyone housed well, there'd be less social unrest, less anxiety, less poverty. Improved social cohesion with bettter health and happiness all round.

You know it makes sense.🙋🏻‍♂️

Terrible weather forecast across Ireland, but if you have any clear skies tonight, get out and look out for potentially an extremely strong northern lights display. Possibly the best since the early 2000s. #speirgorm #astronomy #ireland
We have upgraded our geomagnetic forecast today (12 November 2025) to the highest intensity level amid an ongoing solar storm.

Current predictions suggest that the activity will result in potentially the largest solar storm to hit our planet in over two decades.

Every euro spent in prevention saves multiple amounts in fixing. As for housing, so also in health, education, transport, communications and every other public service.

It's called economic development.

FF FG governments don't know what it is.

They only know financial mismanagement.

Why quality is at least as important as quantity in the housing crisis #IEPOL
Residents have moved out of a new north Dublin housing estate to allow defects to be fixed. All 69 homes in Dublin 15 will be undergoing remedial work, according to Fingal County Council's chief executive, AnnMarie Farrelly.

Watch this because it tells you everything you need to know about how the right-wing weaponise fear.

First come the facts.

Then come the views of the public, sick of politicians & the media spreading unsubstantiated fear.

Then comes the journalist, ignoring the facts & the public to spread fear.

Just cancelled B's membership of one of her clubs as I haven't the energy to bring her - we only attended a couple of sessions during late 2024 before I crashed in February 2025. It's not just me who is affected by my health problems

1. B in respite for 2 nights
2. A gorgeous autumn day for a walk
3. E visited, and got to watch his manga film in Japanese with subtitles, a candlelight takeaway dinner, and a night drive on the way home. It was great to see him happy #Autism.

That means that those who develop mental health problems as teenagers may see no one before they age out of children’s services
