Turmoil has engulfed the Galactic Republic.

The taxation of trade routes to outlying star systems is in dispute.
Five corporations control 90% of the US media market.

Airlines merged from 12 major carriers in 1980 to 4 today.

Four giants control 80% of meat processing.

A handful of companies control the pharmaceutical industry.

The evidence of corporate concentration is everywhere.

New from @byjustinmiller.bsky.social: Even as the lege debated school vouchers, corporate vendors were already competing behind the scenes for the lucrative contract. A closer look at how Odyssey became the big winner... and whose influence helped make the decision.

Just finished rereading Dragonlance: Dragons of Winter Night. The second book in the first trilogy - Chronicles.

It's been 25 years or more since I read it. I remembered so much? Still a fun, good adventure book!! Good plot, great characters! Looking forward to Spring Dawning! #Dragonlance

Our military is being paid by an anonymous donor.

Our WH East Wing was demolished for a ballroom - paid for by donors.

These aren’t acts of benevolence or patriotism.

This is the oligarchy assuming control, insidiously becoming part of how we function.

Every American should reject it.

Why does everyone keep calling it “The Epstein Ballroom?” Please stop repeating “The Epstein Ballroom” because it is not called “The Epstein Ballroom!” Don’t tell the news that it’s called “The Epstein Ballroom” and please don’t repost this!!!!!

Trump has told staff not to post photos of the demolition from the Treasury Department building. Photos like this one. (Possibly taken before the edict was disseminated.)
Someone posted this too.

ICE admits that up to 50% of arrests in its Chicago raids are "collateral.” These aren't statistics. They are parents taken from their children, neighbors taken from our communities. When does a "collateral" U.S. citizen child's trauma matter? This isn't law enforcement; it's a campaign of terror.
