I am disappointed at a diner. They don't have biscuits and gravy OR patty melts. Is this common in New England? I was looking forward to all the diners around here but now I'm wondering...

Thinking today about the guy whose daughter brought him a crayon drawing, and since it was early days of AI, he fed the drawing to it and then showed his daughter how it could generate hundreds of drawings just like hers... And he was surprised when she went ".. oh..." and just walked away
Oh God, he’s gonna make a baby Hitler robot

Today I touched the cloth hand of a televangelist puppet. It was very soft. #fuzzythemusical

Just did a search and saw that you can buy tire puncturing spikes for like $16...

I wonder how effective they would be at slowing down vehicles of masked thugs terrorizing communities....

Those who are voting for ICE should lead by example. First we investigate them to see if they are exploiting workers in their service or businesses. Then we punish the employers. Then they can lead the way on protecting American jobs.

Devastating. The cowardice and the betrayal of an incomparable news brand.
Scoop: CBS News pulled a "60 Minutes" segment that focused on job losses at the Internal Revenue Service hours before it was scheduled to air, replacing it with a feature story on Cajun music.

conservatives sort of gave up on making their own institutions/intellectuals that could actually compete on the merits is a large part of what happened I think. it's a self reinforcing cycle too. your ideas and policies get dumber, you select away from smart people wanting to be part of your project

I'm afraid to learn much more about the Pres of Mexico, due to being a happily married woman who has fallen in love with her a little each time she shows up in my feeds.

I have a deep appreciation for both @amberruffin.bsky.social and @alexedelman.bsky.social, but seeing them together on Have I Got News For You for You is a sweet tonic. Both are fully secured in the dream party guest list.

My beef with Hakeem Jeffries is he acts like he’s still in the state senate and not leading what should be the shadow government for an international super power

Sir you are censoring Dems rather than defining a vision for America

I am very disappointed in this article. I was on a rerouted plane. We were trapped on a 1.5 hr flight for 6 hours and abandoned by @americanair.bsky.social
#transportation #reporters I have receipts if you care. Will avoid #DCA and flying American whenever possible now.

I was supposed to be landing in Indianapolis to go be with my family after my grandfather died. Instead, I am stuck on this plane that I should have exited 3.5+ hours ago at a DIFFERENT airport to connect to my final flight. This is the view of where I have been banished. @americanair.bsky.social

I was teaching a pathology class in community college when COVID hit. The first week we went to online learning was the week on respiratory diseases. It's WILD trying to educate on history, science, and case studies these days.
So............ I have to teach about the U.S. Constitution today to an introductory level class.

How on earth am I supposed to pretend everything is just working normally?

Answer: I'm not going to pretend. I'm telling it like it is.
