MSNBC took an early victory lap this week based on preliminary Nielsen data that showed it had the stronger audience on Election Day in prime-time.

But finalized data, confirmed by Nielsen, shows Fox News had the bigger audience.

An advertising regulator has upheld a request that AT&T modify a promotion that claims "everyone" can get an iPhone 16 Pro "on us."
