Recently made the same decision. Even in upscale restaurants, the food is lousy, way too salty and the focus is on quantity not quality... and the prices are insane. Shopping for healthy food and cooking it at home.
The restaurant where I order my poke bowl changed their ingredients and upped the price. So I get less fresh food, more ultra processed crap, AND I have to pay more for that 🙄
So fine, I bought everything I need to make them now because fuck that shit
