I was going to start another book. But, in the time it took me to set up this account, Quicksilver became available! I've been waiting on Libby for weeks for this book! Cannot wait to dive in!

Here's how you split the difference. If you find an indie author on Amazon, first ask your local independent bookstore if they can get it for you. If so, order from them. If not, order from Amazon.

Please don't forget indie authors this holiday season. Many can't afford to sell their books through anything BUT Amazon. Check to see if an indie author is selling their books via independent stores, but you're not a bad person for supporting an indie through Amazon or Kindle Unlimited, thank you.

When buying books for gifts this holiday season, please don't buy from Amazon. Please shop at your local independent bookstore/bookseller. Ask for recommendations. If they don't have a particular book in stock, ask them to order it.
