I wish I had the ability to make playlists for TV shows on streaming services or have a "pick random episode of this TV show" button.
I need some Star Trek, but picking an episode takes like half the time I set aside for it!

My wife works at a primary care office and was trying to report fraud today...but the government shut down means the place you report fraud to the FTC is down.
I know it isn't nearly the most important consequence of the shut down, but it's depressing that I keep finding out more of them.

There’s no longer any pretense this has anything to do with crime (there are cities or parts of cities in SC and Ohio that have higher crime rates than DC — send the troops there!). This is about establishing a precedent for Trump seizing control of the nation’s capital when he wants to.

I don’t actually remember my first experience, but I know I was watching TNG weekly when it came out by the time “The Best of Both Worlds” aired, and I was born in ‘84.
So I was young. And I’ve seen them all in the theatre since Generations.
Despite its ups and downs, I still do like most Trek.
