Somehow I just learned about this group of Buddhist monks on their 2,300 mile Walk for Peace through the US to spread a message of peace, unity, compassion, and healing. Sometimes it nice to find news of hope out there among the darkness. Namaste friends.

Life happened today and I didn’t hear about the unrest in California until dinner. Not good is an understatement. I’m worried about what I will wake up to tomorrow. I still remember the gut punch of waking up to January 6th (time zones were involved.) Pray for peace and call your congressman.
