Sandwich verdict wasn’t jury nullification. It was failure to prove the required “reasonable fear of physical injury” in a case where the agent was wearing A BULLETPROOF VEST. The only crime was the waste of resources on this case. My thoughts in @MSNBCDaily.

Realized after years of running past, I’d never grabbed a photo of the Kurt Cobain bench. It’s in the park next to his last home (the house is behind a tall wall and I’ll respect the owner’s privacy)

I’m enjoying seeing the posts from small towns as much or more than the usual huge turnouts in large cities.
It’s much harder to protest as a minority group and we need to remember them.
