Realized after years of running past, I’d never grabbed a photo of the Kurt Cobain bench. It’s in the park next to his last home (the house is behind a tall wall and I’ll respect the owner’s privacy)

The time between unable to even stand without hip pain to 1 min run painfree was short but the time from that to 30min run was so long.
Still taking walk breaks to keep the runs easy but feeling great. FINALLY.
