Also on the subject of #HeatedRivalry, specifically the elevator scene, most elevators are "selective collective."

Up hall calls are answered on the way up and down hall calls are answered on the way down.

Yuna either placed an up hall call or both an up and down hall call. Made for great TV.

I was going to be a bit more celebratory today with getting the last video of the year finished and stuff, then it got dropped on me pretty hard this morning that over the weekend we lost an icon in the world of tech reporting.

Went to the dollar store and somehow managed to buy exactly $20 worth of groceries. That level of accuracy would have won me a car or dinette set on The Price is Right 😂

Debian Linux was officially founded by Ian Murdock on August 16, 1993. That's 32 years of stable, free, and opensource computing. From a single kernel, it has grown to parent some of the most popular OSes in the world. Happy 32nd birthday to the beloved mother of all distros! 🥰 🍰

Found an old video tape with hours of Pokémon Indigo League episodes taped off WPGH-TV. Oh how I wish I could go back to the 1990s even for just an hour. Watching this tape takes me right back to a different era.

Every time there's a new major Linux distro release I consider jumping back over from Windows. But then I run into some annoyance with the Linux desktop experience that sends me right back. Rinse and repeat for the past 15 years or so.
