I spent so much of the spring and summer hurting, depressed, heartbroken. I’m so grateful to be happy again. Even when I’m bored or confused or whatever, I’m happy underneath it. I’m trying to express this feeling so that I can remember not to take it for granted.

I think the first thing I ever wanted to be as a kid was a soccer coach, despite not knowing anything about soccer. I also wanted to be a ballerina, a princess, and a marine biologist.

have such a deep and genuine love and appreciation for that website and for the people who work to maintain its really one of my favorite things ever
when wikipedia launched, the idea that an encyclopedia could be reliably maintained by the public was a joke. now, it's a marvel, a remarkable resource, virtually the only website that remotely delivers on its potential and practically the last pleasant browsing experience on the internet.
