Today my black kids were subjected in L.A. to a white woman screaming at the top of her lungs that they were “nasty N-word trash”. Over and over again. I went absolutely PRIMAL. While people are trying to make a very troubling Kirk the next saint, on the ground we are fighting for our kids’ lives.

Our hearts are heavy for the grieving family of Jaime Alanis, who died from injuries sustained during a chaotic raid on Thursday.
