1 month on HCQ: seeing some improvement in my energy. Able to move around easier, haven't had a flare up this month despite several stressful periods. Nausea & headaches are minimal. Only thing I can report getting worse is muscle tightness & soreness. Hoping to see more improvement during month 2!
#Chronicillness and #autoimmune folks! I am pleased to announce that I have a diagnosis of #MCTD! Mixed connective tissue disease! Starting hydroxychloroquine soon, fingers crossed for some relief. It's prolly gonna suck to start out, but I'm so grateful to have something concrete to hold onto 😭

The gabapentin also didn't help. It did for pain, but it kept me awake for 48 straight hours
It did not help, but now I get to try gabapentin which I've wanted to try for a long time but no one would prescribe it to me
Way way behind on 3.6.5 posts >~> it's been a real rough week, but I finally get to start my prednisone trial tomorrow and hope it helps 😥

I've noticed over the course of my chronic illness progressing that I've lost more & more control over my body & motor skills. It's so exhausting being hyper aware all the time about it yet still bumping into things & dropping things. Makes me feel so useless & it sucks being covered in bruises
