sorry but if you want to be a mother/raise a child, and you want that WITHOUT those mediating effects of hormones making you want to have children, then you're going to be a better parent than those who are just responding to their base hormonal impulses.

Sometimes I'm commuting and some person on an e-bike passes me and will sheepishly apologize for "cheating" and I'm like, look around, we are surrounded by a crawling ocean of miserable people driving short distances in 5000 pound SUVs, you are winning not cheating.
The way that some cyclists despise ebikes is both bizarre and unhelpful. More people on bikes is good, you gatekeeping snobs.

The sooner we internalize that most e-bike riders as who they likely are, which is someone who would almost certainly otherwise be driving, the sooner the all powerful bike lobby will reach the bike singularity.
