These two creatures look like gene edited babies
Therapies using gene-editing technology are starting to appear. But these treatments have their challenges
Tech billionaires want to make gene-edited babies
Widespread bans don’t seem to be a hindrance

Right? I was like this the whole time. The term "ADHD" is helpful because it's a shared term to access resources and community to improve how I handle my life, whereas "self-sabotaging weirdo who functions at wildly different speeds on a day-to-day basis" is significantly less searchable

“Staying still on the spinning world” might sound mundane since we are all on a spinning earth, but the sensation is not mundane at all.

Sometimes I feel I must dig my feet into the ground to not be swept away.

We’re not trying to hack ‘cool points’ we’re trying to hack our own brains and understand how *we* work. What works for neurotypical folk isn’t what works for neurodivergent folk. The wiring schematic is completely different. Getting diagnosed is like finding the manual to ourselves.

Social media and many of the places where we get perspectives are a mess with manipulation, conspiracy, and misinformation. Radicals hoping to fight oppression have to be mindful of where we listen and why. I wrote about this and more for @prismreports.org. prismreports.org/2025/11/20/a...
Another way out: Finding clarity for resistance
Facing a wave of misinformation and the manipulation of algorithms, resistance starts with choosing how we listen, not just how we speak

Felt. I am burnt out by existing. I’m burnt out right now. I’m trying to spend my day staying still on the spinning world. Sometimes that’s all I got.
I used to be able to suffer through the burnout of only having an event at the end of the day and nothing to do before but now like the energy of just burning time through the day legit exhausts me.

Especially not when it is only one aspect of a highly intersectional identity
We understand ourselves as neurodivergent because this gives us tools to cope with a world that is hostile to people with our different natures, not to be cool, this shit don’t make you cool.
I hate how as more people receive neurodivergent diagnoses or self diagnose, the culture still has this mocking idea that people are neurodivergent to be trendy. We don’t receive social benefit from being neurodivergent, at least not mad people. We’re mistreated & at the bottom of the ladder.

The philosopher and the sex trafficker were in contact long after Epstein was convicted of soliciting prostitution from a minor, documents reveal

Say it louder for the incompetent ones in the back
Imagine warning ppl about the dangers of smoking a plant that doesn’t give you cancer or respiratory diseases, while advertising gambling apps that will have users homeless with their pockets turned out. Alcohol, tobacco, and gambling are ALL more dangerous than cannabis.
