Don't overlook Trump's more pernicious deception on Mexico/tariffs. By announcing tariffs on Mexico "until" migrants stop coming, he's trying to erase the fact that Mexico *has already been* cracking down on migrants coming toward US, a big reason crossings have been low (which he can't admit).

The Trump criminal cases were sabotaged by a SCOTUS he stacked and a judge he nominated.

MAGA folks are going to try to gaslight that the cases against Trump “fell apart” as opposed to the truth.

FWIW I will only refer to Trump as “our criminal president” and I suggest every Democrat do the same.

Social media is in desperate need of innovation. Meta is only letting you have a slice of control over what you see because Bluesky is here building for you.
We wrote on Saturday about how Meta is going all-out to meet the threat of Bluesky: wapo.st/3OrYxBj

Today they took another step— finally allowing users to set their default feeds to a chronological “following” feed.

Makes me sad re-reading this amazing letter from ex-Watergate Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox sent to high school seniors in 1994 after they asked him “What should Americans learn from Watergate?” 20 years later in ‘94.

His answer is remarkable—unfortunately things didn’t work out so well in 2024.

Bill Ackman is trying to gaslight people about the stock market.
The market will not go up because of 25% tariffs to Mexico and Canada, and an extra 10% on China.

It will go down.
