Fyi, I've been doing this daily for the last week. Submitting a report to the ICC in re possible violations of intl conventions in re Trump/Hegseths extrajudicial killings on the high seas. You can, and SHOULD, too. If we can reach a critical mass the Court will be forced to open an investigation.
