doctors and therapists just kind of make me fucking sick i was forced to go lackluster therapy sessions as a kid and throughout my life that ultimately sort of detrimented me but i seriously need help sleeping and treating adhd for work

in an effort to escape from ramen and also because NOBODY IN TOWN HAS NON-MEAT/DAIRY RAMEN IN STOCK RIGHT NOW* I bought some soba noodles and made some with peanut and sesame sauce, which was good but heavy, I dunno somebody turn me on to some simple sauce recipes for a poor person
