Anthro nerd, geek, goth-but-doesn't-bother. Definitely on a side: inclusivity, empathy, respect. If your thing involves oppressing or exploiting people, know that my thing is going to smash your thing. Wait, that didn't come out right, did it?
Ohhh I get it: they're creating space for their culties to disbelieve all this. The seconds of fake-now-deleted video, the 'we aren't sure about this' letter... muddying the water is their last defense here. Will it work?

Enforcement of Texas’ bathroom bill draws challenges
In its first week, one group’s test of the new restrictions was met with ID checks at women’s restrooms at the Capitol while the Austin City Council moved to circumvent the law's intent.

1 The Internet happened cause people had the space to build it. It was a labor of love, a thing that was just so neat all the nerds were ON IT. That is directly related to previous levels of income inequality. We would still be innovating at that pace, and wouldn't be making *this* bullshit.

It seems from the AI deployment in the IRS, the plan was to avoid the bubble pop by gutting the govt & replacing it with clankers owned by the techbros. Remember that time the ultrawealthy industrialists planned a coup? Everything's a shoddy remake these days! CoupBot.exe has encountered a problem.

I would much rather receive a raw prompt than AI output; 'greetings I decline the meeting with an acceptable excuse' is succinct. 'Field with flowers and cat playing trombone in foreground' gives me all I need to imagine what you imagined, with no datacenter involved! Genuine communication, free!

If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."

There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

A recent study found that of 300 companies that owned generative AI tools, 95% reported zero return on their investments.

We will not entertain a bailout of these companies should this bubble pop.
