A Trump-nominated judge on Thursday issued a groundbreaking ruling that said the president was wrong to claim that the activities of a Venezuelan gang in the U.S. amounted to an “invasion” that justified invoking a wartime law.

Judge Fernando Rodriguez Jr. is a Trump nominee with conservative credentials. But he found White House claims about a Venezuelan gang “invasion” went too far.

I wonder how many Americans realize that Bribery is one of just two impeachable offenses specifically enumerated in the United States Constitution and the case that Donald Trump has now committed that crime dozens of times in his second term is a legal slam dunk.

So shall we get started?

As a reminder, Trump's approval rating is 39%, which is the lowest for any president in the past 80 years. 😃

We can do better, I’m talking single digit, better.

There are 3 parallel timelines that may decide fate of Republic:
1) GOP effort to codify Trump's agenda, currently slated for June-July
2) SCOTUS rubber stamp of some of his efforts to neuter Congress, probably Fall
3) His trade war catastrophe, starting in weeks

Pardon me but f*** no.

I want actual doctors to research my kid's medicine to make sure it is safe. Actual engineers to make sure strollers & car seats work.

I'm not qualified to do any of that.

I could try to make sure my kid's history curriculum is safe, but then these guys complain its woke.

making that trip had a real impact and also raised their personal profiles. the only other explanations besides literally being controlled opposition are that A) Jeffries likes Trump's immigration policies or B) he just thinks it makes dems that aren't doing anything look bad. Both are unacceptable.

Hi every single #Labour MP
The Glasmanisation of the Labour Party is a massive risk to them. The Conservatives discovered that if you insult your professional base long enough in a desperate attempt to win populist right votes, they will flock to the Lib Dems and you lose 60 seats. Labour may find similar soon enough.
I had many problems with Blair, but his talk of a modern, open, knowledge-based economy was a breath of fresh air compared to this atavistic, closed-minded economically illiterate shit.
