It should be illegal for them to restructure without being forced to sell their 91% share of Purolator.

For the public service itself to profit off gutting the public service is some real dark shit.
Mark Carney’s Liberals were not elected on a mandate to gut Canada Post, but they’re doing it anyway.

The minister intervened to begin the process, now management has now submitted a restructuring plan *in the middle of collective bargaining* that it refuses to share with Canadians.

Solar’s price drop is astonishing: panels are now 98% cheaper than when I first analyzed them in 2004.

Today, building a fence with solar can be cheaper than using wood.

About 90,000 people living near larger chemical plants face an unacceptable risk of developing cancer, the EPA says. New rules adopted last year could’ve cut that number to 3,000 residents — a drop of 97%.

But Trump has halted those efforts.

American politics makes a lot more sense when you realize that the GOP is afraid of pissing off the GOP base, and the Dems are afraid of pissing off the GOP base, but neither party is afraid of pissing off the Dem base.

I am proud that my legal team and I are leading the fight in this case against the Republican Party’s effort to throw out lawful ballots. Everyone needs to recognize this as the next step in the GOP plan to ban mail-in voting entirely and to eventually target early voting as well.
🚨BREAKING: In a case with major implications for voting access, the U.S. Supreme Court will soon decide whether a mail-in ballot must be received by Election Day to count, or if it merely must be sent by then. www.democracydocket.com/news-alerts/...

As though they care about anyone but themselves. High health care cost supports the .1%
Asked point-blank if he’ll bring ACA extensions to the floor, Speaker Johnson bolted. We know the answer already. He won’t.

Further proof that Republicans don’t care about bringing your health care costs down.

President Trump has granted a pardon to a slew of Trump world figures, including Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, and Sidney Powell, for their efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

The language of this pardon is extremely broad.

It includes “all United States citizens for conduct relating to the advice, creation, organization, execution, submission, support, voting, activities, participation in, or advocacy for or of any slate or proposed slate of Presidential
electors…”

But…those are state charges. They were never federally charged. Nor could they be even if we win in 2028 because the statute of limitations will have expired. But okay.
