So someone asked me to check and from what I can tell, Recluse's chest is seemingly not really any bigger than the Elden Ring player model's. It's all presentation, she just leans back and has a bit of lift in her bustline. We can easily see this by loading the other model on top of her.

I lied to my psychiatrist about my lived past as a trans person to get my indication (not that I think it would've been necessary, he's great), and I maintain that it's always ethical to lie to get on HRT.
in 2018 i went to a clinic and started HRT without any sort of therapy prerequisites. had this not been an option i would have simply bought hormones online. i regret nothing and this should be how it works everywhere
Fact of the matter is "hey, I have uncertain feelings about my gender identity I want to discuss with a therapist who can help me make sense of them" and "I would like to change my sex characteristics" are two separate healthcare issues that can and should be provided independent of each other
