I had a not so great grief day… an anxious spiral but thankfully I decided to reach out to someone who could be patient while I did it because… whew that could’ve been in somebody’s son’s phone & that would’ve been embarrassing lol 😬

I realized this year there were things I really had to take responsibility for, I really wanna give a shout out to my friends who called me out on it.
I think we wanna love our friends so deeply that we are quick to blame others for their bad behavior, especially as women!
