And just like that, the ‘No New Wars’ people are all-in on a new war. Proving yet again that they really believe in nothing other than what one man tells them to believe today. Which could be different tomorrow. The very definition of a cult.

It's going to change quickly, but let's at least remember where we started.

Marc Elias and other attorneys remembering professional ethics (to quote Tim Snyder's "On Tyranny"), even in the face of death threats, deserve our thanks and support.
Harvard Law professor Michael Klarman gave an inspiring lecture about the need for lawyers to protect democracy. I was honored that he noted the attacks and threats aimed at me. His words serve to steel my spine and make me more committed than ever to fighting for democracy.

Thank you professor.🙏

I'm thinking about how tonight was probably the first time Kilmar Abrego Garcia learned that millions of people care about him - the first time he learned that the United States Supreme Court ruled 9-0 to bring him home. I'm thinking what it must mean for him to know, right now, that he isn't alone.

This is not the Republican Party of Reagan or Romney. This is the MAGA party.

We need Democratic leadership who understand that, and who are ready to fight back.

Tonight an unbelievable **34,000 people** gathered for our Denver rally to take on billionaires and win our country back.

This was the largest political gathering in Denver since Obama in 2008.

Also bigger than the 2024 DNC.

And the largest ever rally in Bernie’s career (and obviously, mine too).

(1/X) People often say things like "why does Trump appeal to people?" The answer is simple: he tells them what they want to hear. He has no beliefs of his own so he has infinite flexibility to do so.

That is what narcissistic sociopaths are like. And that is why in any discussion of Trump...

The institutional Democratic Party is guided by an almost pathological level of conflict avoidance in almost every direction. “What can we do to make the least number of people mad?” is just a bankrupt way to operate.
