Please share this if you're able. I'm up to -140 now, and I'm just trying to get back in the positive so I can pay the next installment of my medical bills and still be able to afford groceries and normal bills. January is always a rough month, but this is the worst it's ever been. 1/2
This is what it's like living with a serious heart condition in America. Basically every month I live in overdraft land, and months like December and January with no soccer games to cover are the worst. I have to choose between meds and food.

PayPal/Venmo are kfoleyfl if you're able to help

I'm obviously an 80-year-old man in a 29-year-old body, but the answer is M*A*S*H. I still have my old VHS copies, my parents didn't let me watch SpongeBob as a kid but they loved letting me watch M*A*S*H for some reason. Still hits hard today tbh
Given that apparently the Stranger Things finale was meh (idk, didn't watch it, just the scuttlebutt) and we're not that far removed from the disastrous GOT finale that retroactively made everyone have never cared about the show:

What's the *best* ending to a show you've ever seen? Quote/reply etc

Currently sitting at -$270 which is so much better, unbelievably grateful for the help, but I need to get to at least just $1 in the positive so it resets the overdraft counter.

Welp, that's the season for the Steelers. No shot they beat Baltimore next week.
January 5, 2026 at 4:38 AM
The good news is the Steelers are in the playoffs. The bad news is they'll probably get blown out at home by the Texans next week.

If I were the Steelers I would simply stop leaving Baltimore's best receiver wide open

The Steelers are named after the mid-century heroes who forged the steel that built the tanks & ships used to defeat the Nazi scourge.

The Ravens are named after a poem written by a Boston native who married his 13-yr-old cousin, moved to Baltimore, got drunk & died.

Got the bill in the mail from an appointment for my heart from last month. $600. Bringing my total medical debt now to almost $2000 from last year, all for stuff I need to do to stay alive that I can't afford. I love living in this country. And this is *with* these doctors offices working with me.

Media is going to say "actually, kidnapping Maduro was a good thing" and then Rubio is going to have us do the exact same thing to Cuba and they'll also cheer it on because we live in the worst timeline

Dude this is why you can't let lesser programs like those from the SEC get into the college playoff. It's a safety issue.
