Scorsese set unreasonably high expectations for directors taking bit parts in their own movies and we have suffered from it ever since. It’s almost always going to suck but they still want to try it because he did it.

Probably the weirdest piece of lost media I know about. There exists a guide to using word processors by the creator of lupin the third that I have never seen mentioned anywhere. I bet it uses green screen & has super low budget animation on top of how to videos or something. Shame we can't see it.

There seems to be this widespread belief among CEOs that making a computer go faster will increase productivity and it just simply isn’t true (anymore)

On Saints Row we had a debug npc named Skinballs (lol) that was literally just four spheres wrapped in different shades of skin texture so we could test lighting for different skin tones during development. But teams need to plan for that kind of testing with intentionality, and not enough do.
