This is kind of the endgame of the student loan crisis, the college experience has become bloated and so expensive that students are treated like customers who can't be wrong, lest they decide to take their business elsewhere.
An issue we're seeing at all levels of university is that many students are simply refusing to do *anything*. They aren't reading the syllabus, aren't following assignment guidelines, aren't engaging with material, ignoring deadlines. And this might seem like old news, but it truly has ramped up.

I feel like the default response to "WHAT IF TRANS PEOPLE HAVING RIGHTS COMPROMISES THE INTEGRITY OF HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS" should be "who cares?" I know the whole thing is a straw man issue to begin with, but I just don't understand why so many centrists think it's this big checkmate moment.
