Game was excellent. 30$ is a lot for a moviegame, but I thought it was worth it. Story was great, I laughed a bunch, the fights were sick, and apparently there's multiple endings you can reach so it's def more game than the old telltale stuff.

Had a blast streaming Blood on the Clock Tower! Viewers had a good time too. The plan is to keep streaming Thursdays at 7pm CST. Next week I think I'll do my regular cube stream first and then do a quick rules/script overview to transition

Definitely caught the bug my wife had. Kinda nice knowing exactly what I've got coming--some 3-4 days of coughing and bed rest. One of those days looked rougher than the others

doing a bit of research for a vid I'm working on and apparently the original 2012 Holiday Vintage Cube had 12 legendary creatures out of 215 total (with seven being ramp/cheat payoffs) while the 2025 Arena Cube has 58/203 (with seven being ramp/cheat payoffs)

Happy Game was a disappointment. It lacked the world building, characters, and epic fable-type conclusion of their other games I've played. You just navigate some edgy scenes and it ends. Like if the Mickey Mouse short The Mad Doctor was a game. Their usual art quality and surrealism is there.
For variety friday tomorrow I have four spooky-ish games picked out that all have 2-3 hour run times
Happy Game (little boy in a horrible nightmare)
No I'm not a Human (paranoia and anxiety in the end times)
Redtape (satirical walking sim)
Arctic Eggs (you flip eggs and people are normal)

Powered Cube can be so fast and swingy! A smaller entry fee would be less feel bad for arena players trying it out
The entry fee for the Arena Powered Cube Draft / Vintage Draft really sucks. It should not cost the same as a regular premier draft.
It's a phantom draft and the prize packs are random packs from all across Arena.
